DESCRIPTION:Ōhura Open Day – Sunday 5 October \nCome and enjoy a full day in Ōhura! Wander the market stalls (10–1 in the Hall)\, explore the Ōhura Museum\, and bring the kids to the school playground. Watch the dramatic kitchen grease fire demo\, enjoy Mexican food\, market food\, and tea & coffee at the fire station\, then stick around for music at the rugby club and the Cossie Club in the afternoon. \nHighlights include the Sculpture Ceremony at 11:00 am and the official Fire Station Opening at 12:00 pm. Plus\, a chance to meet the local candidates (me 😇) for this year’s elections. \nCome for the art\, stay for the local flavour!
