DESCRIPTION:The Adventure Highway Art Trail \nOpen Studios\nFebruary 22 – March 2nd 2025 \nThe Adventure Highway Art Trail features Artists and their Open Studios\, Local Art Galleries\, Gardens\, local food and culture and adventures to boot. \nOn the weekends of February 22 and 23rd and March 1st and 2nd 2025\, the Art Trail will hold an ‘Artists Open Studio Event’ highlighting the Artworks of Waitomo\, South Waikato and Ruapehu Artists all along the adventure highway. This event offers a wide variety of Art and Craft to view and purchase\, a selection of some of New Zealand’s best gardens hidden along this trail and the option of enjoying the hospitality of participating Marae where’ll you’ll be able to see a selection of precious Taonga and gain an insight into local culture. The Adventure Highway Art Trail makes a perfect 2 or 3 day getaway where you can also enjoy a taste of a variety of the adventures the regions offer as well if time allows.
