Alpine Classic Auto & Cycle Show

Calling all enthusiasts!! New Zealand’s Annual *Alpine* Classic Auto & Cycle Show will take place 1 June, 2025 [King’s Birthday weekend].
This year’s event will again be held at the National Park Village ‘school grounds’ located on the corner of Buddo and Carroll Streets, just off Hwy 4 – Entries for cars and motorcycles [Pre-2000 makes/models] is free of charge with ‘People’s Choice’ BEST OF SHOW awards to be presented to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place point leaders for both classic automotive and motorcycle entries.
For this year’s event, we are now opening to the public the option to join in the ‘Ruapehu Mountain Run’ which has been scheduled for all entries, attendees and car clubs following the judging on Sunday, 1 June at 2:00PM [NOTE: Rain date for ‘judging’ and ‘mountain run’ has been slated for 2 June, in the event].
Free admittance for spectators with something for everyone – Sky Waka raffles, Coffee & Cake tables, Awards presentation and BBQ station, plus, new for this year, it will be the ‘People’s Choice’ in awarding the show winning vehicles. We’d like to again thank all those entries and volunteer participants from last year’s event which made for another great day at the ‘school grounds.’
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: Gates Open @ 9:00AM FOR VEHICLE ENTRIES & PARTICIPANTS
9:30AM to 1:00PM…Tea & Coffee / Cake, Slices / BBQ
11:00AM to 12:30PM… Judging throughout the grounds
12:30PM to 1:00PM – ‘People’s Choice’ judging results
1:00-2:00PM – Gathering for the ‘Ruapehu Mountain Run’
- Those wishing to enter their Classic vehicle and/or motorcycle [Pre-2000 year makes/models only please] may request a No-fee entry application via email at [email protected], whilst noting all show entries must be received by Saturday, 31st May 2025.
